Steam instruction:
1. Steam a 600gm of fish for 10 minutes.
2. Pour in 1 packet Homemade Instant Assam Paste (you can add on some tomatoes).
3. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx. 15 minutes in total)
Stir-fry instruction:
1. Stir-fry 600gm of Squid together with 1 packet Homemade Instant Assam Paste.
2. Add in 200ml water (1 cup).
3. Continue cooking until boil and serve hot.
