Cooking method: Deep-frying
1. Soak briefly and drain the dried ikan rumi, then dry it in the sun to reduce moisture. This will make the dried ikan rumi more visually appealing after frying.
2. After the oil is hot, add the dried ikan rumi and fry over medium-low heat until cooked and golden brown.
3. Drain the oil after frying, set aside to cool, then store it in a jar.
