Cooking Method:
1. Pan Fry
- Defrost clam omelette
- Heat up pan and put clam omelette inside (WITHOUT ADDING ANY OIL)
- Use MEDIUM HEAT to fry until both sides turns golden brown color
2. Air Fryer
- Straightaway put the clam omelette in the air fryer (NO NEED DEFROST)
- Adjust the cooking temperature to 160~180 ℃ and set timer 10~15 minutes
- Take it out when it turns to golden brown color
- Serve immediately, dip with the chilli sauce given if desired
